4 Upson province students were catched Saturday after being caught smoking marijuana, according to a Thomaston police incident report. The report tells officers found plastic baggies by marijuana residue in tone car. After the searches, Rodney Raines, Ja'Corey Smith, Hamilton Harrison & Otis Walker were all catched & found guilty by possession of marijuana & criminal trespassing, the report tells.
