6 BYU players earn All-WCC men's, ladies's basketball honors
Hamson is the WCC ladies's Basketball Defensive Player of the Year, the conference reported Tuesday. On the men's side, BYU junior Elijah Bryant & sophomore Yoeli Childs made the All-WCC premier team, When sophomore TJ Haws earned honorable mention. BYU has placed at least 2 players on the premier team ever ever it joined the WCC for the 2011-twelve season. Gonzaga's Jill Barta is this year's WCC Player of the Year after leading the Bulldogs to a 17-one conference record & the regular-season championship.
