The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference named East Stroudsburg University junior guard Imani Brown co-PSAC East Women's Basketball Athlete of th Week and freshman guard Jordan Hertz the PSAC East Freshman of the Week on Monday afternoon.ESU has started the season 3-0 and begins this week ranked fourth in the D2SIDA Atlantic Region poll.ESU opened the season with a win over Holy Family on Nov. 15, and added wins against Clarion and Pitt-Johnstown this past weekend.
